「Host did not respond to two emails, never provided access information. VRBO tried to contact her twice by phone, no answer. Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability.」

「Great communication with the host. The studio was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. The studio was clean and comfortable, perfectly met our needs.」

「We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with our place. The location is close to the bridge to get to the beach, yet quiet and peaceful. Breezes and light flow through the windows. The birds entertained us as we enjoyed the deck. Our hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Our bed was very comfortable. No problems whatsoever. We can’t wait to return!」

「Our room location was on the edge of the street, all traffic noise, parking space immediately on the edge of the busy street, no personnel on site, no ice machine, bathroom could not be any smaller, shower floor's material is dangerous when wet (no warning), almost fell. photo does not show distance to the beach (misrepresented), must walk a long block before arriving at another sandy walk, between bushes before arriving at beach area. Would not stay there again........」

「The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.」
