The view from the living room was wonderful - directly on the water from the Lauwersmeer. Everything was clean and perfectly equipped. Full recommendation, certainly not our last visit!"

"Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und top ausgestattet und chic eingerichtet. Leider war es sehr heiß und auch im Haus kaum auszuhalten. Holland1 sollte über die Installation einer Klimaanlage nachdenken. Leider wurde uns gegenüber auch gebaut so dass wir dann morgens von Baulärm geweckt wurden. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit."

"Good hotel in walking distance (15 min) to city center. The website is a bit unclear but there is no reception so you call when you are at the hotel and they remotely let you in. Which works fine. The room is fine although you do hear the neighbors answering be you clearly. But all in all a good choice and decent price/quality. "

"Wir (2 Erwachsene & 4 Kinder) waren zum ersten Mal an diesem Urlaubsort. Bei der Ankunft verlief alles reibungslos. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die Unterkunft. Alles war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wunderbar war auch, das man direkt vor der Tür einen schönen Spielplatz hatte. Der kleine Supermarkt hat auch alles da, wenn man mal etwas vergessen hat. "My first capsule/pod experience. Very clean, safe, and nice staff. Bathroom was updated, clean, modern, and was simply amazing and fancy for a hostel. Loved that ppl had left a decent selection of shower products for others to use, as well as books. It was low season, with just a few ppl in the room, but for some reason they placed us all side by side. I suggest you ask to be placed away from others to not hear them banging their knees and feet on a shared wall throughout the night - and bring ear plugs. The room was quiet but you could still hear every tiny sound anyone made. With that said, I would definitely return again. "

"This is a very cute hotel. It is older and thus has some older facilities. Our transactions with the staff were friendly and efficient. We definitely felt welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. No frills but everything we needed it to be. As in many older hotels, the shower was small but adequate. My wife and I jokingly called it the "cruise ship shower." It is in a very convenient location to walk to the Martini tower or the Groninger Museum. Lots of dining options and near by grocery stores. The breakfast the offer has breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit and some cereals. I'd certainly stay here again. We had a lovely time. "
