「Just a one night stop on the way home to UK. What a really beautiful place to stay. A friendly welcome, wonderful rural area. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely food for both dinner and breakfast. Would love to stay again. Maybe just a little too far from the city with not particularly good public transport close by ? However, if you are happy to drive into the Park & Ride it is a great place to stay. 」

「Stunning ancient stone manor in the angevin countryside, beautifully restored. Our bedroom (Le Roi) - one of four - was huge, and the attention to detail and comfort was outstanding. Hosts Mel and Hywel are charming and efficient. Dinner (three courses including wine, no choice but not intimidating) was delicious; breakfast was exemplary. We will happily go back.」

「鉄道で行く場合，ショーレの駅からタクシーが必要ですが，駅でタクシーを呼ぶ必要があります。駅の公衆電話はテレホンカードしか使えませんでしたので，通話可能なケータイを持っていない場合には，注意が必要です。部屋は，天蓋つきのベッドを中心にして，高い天井や大きなたんす，デスクなど，シャトーホテルらしい内装で，期待したとおりでした。当然建物は新しくはないのですが，シャワールームは新しくきれいで，水量も豊富でした。レストランでいただいたディナーは，旅行のいい思い出になりました。フロントやレストランのサービスも心地よいものでした。次回はゆっくりと滞在したい，と思うホテルです。」
