When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. 「Bed room clean. Mattress and pillows on the hard side. Shower room sensors stayed on all night so did not sleep very well. Noise and banging throughout the night, from the dining room below I think, dragging of chairs. Bathroom had recycled soap dispensers with clogged shampoo. Would have been nice to have had small unopened mini bottles for hygiene purposes. Fantastic evening meal and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel.」

「It is very compact but the space is adequate. There’s very little storage space in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped (though no cafetière) but not well laid out. That being said it’s comfortable - especially the sofa. It’s also well placed in Cemaes for easy access to the high street / beach and car parking is about 100m away.
