Charming Mountain Cabin

  • This charming mountain cabin has been well maintained and ready for you next family vacation. The lot is one acre with lovely stands of aspen and fabulous views from the many windows and from the large decks, perfect for entertaining. The extra long garage can easily fit 2 cars. This home will sleep up to 8 people. Wildlife love it and so will you! Approximately a ten minute drive to the ski area and only a five minute drive to Angel Fire Resort Country Club.

    4 wheel drive is required during the winter months to access this property.

We loved the cabin. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hummingbirds, deer and elk. The cabin had a warm cozy feel. We will definitely stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

The cabin was actually better than expected. There is plenty of space between houses. There is a very nice deck off the kitchen as well as a sitting below the deck. This was a very tranquil setting. The house was well equipped with everything needed.

- Very home like feel! - Great decorations feeling like you are in the mountains! - Great deck 3/4 around the house - Bedrooms very adequate. - Bathrooms very adequate. - Kitchen very adequate. - The only real negative was a fireplace was advertised. We were here for the first snow! Plenty of wood, BUT: - No grate in the fireplace. - Fireplace doors broken. - No key to turn gas starter on. It was obvious the fireplace was not to be used. I could have built a campfire in it I guess, but we were cheated of a lot of mountain ambiance!!

A dear friend of mine recommended this cabin, and I’m so glad we stayed here! It was pure magic. Everything was laid out so beautifully and the beds were super comfortable! Love all the Aspen trees surrounding the cabin.

This home is the perfect stay in the Angel Fire area. Home is in a beautiful location. It is cozy and has everything you need and probably something you forgot. 4 wheel drive is necessary if there is snow. We stayed for Thanksgiving and there was about 6 inches of snow. I highly recommend this home. We will be back.

Great stay! House was large and spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Saw deer outside on most days. The play area upstairs had puzzles, games and toys for kids. Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! There was a wide array of wildlife up close including many birds, a whole rafter of wild turkeys, deer, and fun chipmunks. The house is cozy and sturdy—two things I appreciate. Note: the road is very close, but once you step around the wrapping deck you feel like you’re in the middle of a forrest.
