The reception staff was not very friendly. The walls in the room were not soundproof so the noise from nearby rooms at night made it difficult to sleep. The surrounding area of the hotel was very quiet.

Could vary by room but mine was quite old equipped - broken towelwarner/dryer and not working fridge and no air conditioning - was very hot since it was on the top floor. Could be a pr and was very hot since it was on the top floor. Could be a problem if you are there during a heat weather. Was not so clean from an north Asian point of view but mainly due to the oldness and much smaller compared to the photo shown. Had barely a space to open my suitcase.
Though it is in a conveninet location, 696Euro for 3 nights personally felt overpriced but maybe this is normal for Paris during the weekend.
