"I have travelled for the last 35 years for business and pleasure. I have stayed at many different type of hotels with various ratings. This was our 2nd stay in 24 months at the Pharae Hotel and the staff is excellent, regardless if you speak Greek or English. The room and the hotel were very clean. "Great location near harbor and beach. Heart of the action but not frantic or noisy. Nice included breakfast."

"Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill. Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children."
