If you fancy doing some sports, nearby there are two golf courses: Andratx and Santa Ponça; besides the area is good for hiking and cycling. Visit the entertainment parks Katmandu in Magaluf and Western park and enjoy a day with your family!

In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
