「Never heard from host on how to get in. Sat in the driveway for 1/2 hr wondering what to do. Finally checked door, it was unlocked. Never notified of this process.Cabin needed a good cleaning. Floors needed to be swept and washed. Entire place needed to be dusted. Extra pillows and blankets just thrown in a closet. Kitchen not straightened out.Shower rug was stained. A white facecloth was brown with stains.Grounds were unkept.」

「The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. 「The location of this was perfect for us. We went to 2 nights of concerts at the pavilion and the drive was very easy. The location to food and activities was also great! The place was exactly as pictured, very clean, and perfect for our needs. The host was phenomenal, communicative, and even helped us out when we arrived with a flat tire!
