The gentleman at the front desk told me i needed to pay him 200k pesos in order to let my elderly brother in the room with me no matter if its 10 mins or all day I must pay them(I am there to visit multiple family members) these rules were never advertised in any kind of way UNTIL I got there and had no choice but to accept since I was already there and can't afford to lose the money "
"We stayed in the Junior suite and had an amazing experience. Great layout with 2 balconies and a separate living room area for tv. Staff were extremely kind and always offered help where needed. For example, one day there was heavy rain when we were headed out to dinner and the front desk offered us an umbrella to borrow no questions asked! The restaurants on the lower first floor were excellent (Brayan and Sebastián were very friendly) and rooftop vibe was amazing at night with great music. We loved how tucked away this property was from all the Poblado/Provenza craziness but still close enough to walk. Will definitely stay again someday and recommend to friends."

Less than perfect: internet in the room is a bit spotty and noise from the street and hallway can be an issue."
