"If you are like us and not one for large resorts you will love this beautiful tucked away hotel! It's of 5 star standard, beautifully decorated and very clean. It had all we needed plus more. We stayed 7 nights over Easter in the family suite with an 11 and 15year old. Thumbs up from them too! Everything is at your door step, ancient ruins, shops, beach, lots and lots of restaurants. "The original room turned out not to have a view so we asked for a change which meant adding a small bed, as all 3 of the seaview rooms just had double beds. NP And then, when the heating unit control stopped working, we moved to another room. This room was originally set up for twin beds BUT only had a double. Too bad for us. But we had a view and a clean bathroom so not so bad but twin beds would have been better. Mehmet was especially helpful and both Hulya and Duygu were great hostesses!...

"All was fantastic (grounds, staff, food, kids entertainment/facilities, range of premium drinks). Only let down was the shower room is practically level with the hallway and the water always escapes out so we end up with towels all outside the door. Despite this, we would still return as everything else was excellent."

"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

Also Marina in guest relations, so kind and helpful in resolving my problem with towel cards! "
