Learn more about the area and its people when you visit the Anchorage Museum and the Alaska Native Heritage Center. And when you're ready to relax, head back to your stay where many stellar amenities await your enjoyment.

The living room offers a great spot for you and yours to gather while tuning into a movie night. The kitchen; ample, updated, and adorned with every cooking gadget you could possibly think of, makes cooking easy! When you're ready to indulge - dine at the sizable dining table as a family. Heading for each of the five bedrooms, you'll find well-decorated spaces with plenty of room to stretch out. Additional interior perks of this stay include; a private sauna and a laundry room.

Things to Know
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
There is a sofa that converts to a queen size bed in the living room.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a blinking doorbell outside the front entrance of every unit and inside areas where guests are not permitted, such as the owner's space or unit. There are no cameras or recording devices inside any unit rented by guests.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
