Bedrooms feature a new king bed, two new twin beds, an electric fireplace, unique furnishings, a large yard, and a spacious deck.
This charming home is ideal for business travelers, couples` getaways, intimate gatherings of friends, or families who enjoy a peaceful setting. You will love how it feels like a true home away from home!
I have chosen every furnishing and detail with your comfort in mind. From the soft sheets to the memory foam mattresses to the fluffy towels.
Enjoy the cozy living room and the well-appointed kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with everything you`ll need for baking and cooking. The large smart TV, complemented by a sound bar and an inviting electric fireplace, creates the perfect space for a movie night.
During the warmer months, enjoy coffee or meals on the back deck and possibly play a game of croquet in the large fenced backyard.
When you`re ready to explore, shop, or have a great meal out, options are boundless within a few minutes. If you`re looking for additional options, you`ll find those just 5-10 from the home.
After a day of sightseeing, taking in local sights, or indulging in retail therapy, return to sleep on the ultra-comfortable new mattresses, comfortable new bedding, and blackout blinds for those long Alaskan days! Families with little ones are well-catered with a pack-n-play crib, a high chair, and toddler dishes.
The neighborhood is quiet and established, and the entrance is well-lit during dark hours. The keyless entry allows you to arrive 24/7 at your convenience.

You will let yourselves in with a keyless door code, but I am always available via phone or text, and usually available in town if you need anything!
This home is in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. You would never know it, although it is a minute or two from shopping and restaurants.
You may park in the driveway or along the road in front of the house.
A NOTE ABOUT HOLD
We don’t charge a security deposit—just a temporary pre-authorization hold of $800 the day before check-out (released automatically within 7 days).

- Please be considerate of our wonderful neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially in the evenings.
SMOKING, BURNING & FIRE SAFETY
- No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense are permitted inside the home.
- At this time, outdoor fire pit use or burning of any kind is not allowed.
FOOD & CLEANING RESTRICTIONS
- Cleaning or processing of fish is not permitted inside or outside the home.
PROPERTY CARE
- Please leave furnishings, décor, and kitchen items in the same place you found them.
OWNER`S RIGHTS
- If concerns arise, the homeowner may check on the property as needed.
- Guests who break house rules may be asked to leave to ensure the safety and security of the home.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We do not rent to local residents.
- A government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests, and copies must be provided before check-in.
