Situated at the base of Mt. Alyeska in picturesque Girdwood Alaska, Alpine Apartment is a luxurious rustic modern space with sweeping mountain and forest views. Its located in a quiet setting just half mile from all the action at Alyeska Resort and many other great Girdwood attractions. The large 1-BR 1-BA 840sqft space complete with 3beds(1-King bed, 1-Futon, 1-Pullout Couch) that can sleep/entertain up to 6 (4 adults/2 children)people. It includes a spacious front patio area complete with BBQ and Hot Tub!! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the unmatched beauty that Alaska has to offer.

Hot Tub Rules!!!!:
Tub use hours (8am - 10pm)
1) Rinse off in shower before getting in tub.
2) Do not use spa if under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
3) No eating, drinking, or smoking in tub.
4) No children under the age of 5 allowed in hot tub. (per CDC guidelines)
5) No children under the age of 12 allowed in tub without an adult.
6) No glass containers of any kind in or around tub.
7) Be sure to add spa shock chemical to filter area after every use (follow instructions on container). Let jets run for a few min after to allow for proper mixing.

USE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Renter agrees with rental of this property to not hold owner liable for any injuries occurring during use.

More Info:
- The responsible renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- No animals are allowed at this property without special approval.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall not engage in any illegal activity. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Early check-in may be available for your reservation, you will need to request that in advance. If it's available, you will be notified after inquiry has been made. Late check-out is offered whenever possible, but is also by request.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- No Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to or missing items from the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage/theft occur during occupancy. If damage is deemed to be extensive, additional charges may be incurred to renters card.

Parking :
One spot in driveway is included in rental. Parking spot is located on the left side as you enter the property, please use spot closest to the road.

Kitchen and Bathroom Towels :
Both kitchen and bath towels are supplied for usage during your stay. Please do not use supplied towels to clean messes or remove makeup. Paper towels and tissues are supplied for those purposes.

We absolutely loved this place! We will definitely be back. The hot tub was amazing and the place was clean and well stocked! The coffee was amazing and the shampoo and conditioner were well stocked. There is very thoughtful touches and extras throughout the whole rental. We had to cut our trip short by one day due to our fishing trip location changing but we will definitely be back!

Great location and good stay

The place itself is spacious, clean and quiet. Everything we needed was at the place. Very pleasant and quiet place.A couple of things to be aware: it looks like the hot tub is within the front security camera's view. We did not use it because of it, but i did not verify it with the host. The bbq grill was very rusty and dirty, and there was no cleaning tools at the grill. The kitchen stove was great, so we didn't have to use the grill. Washer/dryer is in the locked garage, accessed by a security code. We had to ask the host about it first to get a code. The host then disclosed that that area was actively monitored due to private stuff is stored in the garage. We did not feel good about it, so we did not use them. Over all we enjoyed the stay, but we feel the lsting should be more accurate for the grill and laundry. The host was very responsive.

Stayed with out of state guest and kids for slush cup

I brought my daughter, and her aunt from Florida, so many small details were thought of from cooking spices to bear spray. The hottub was super clean, and it was good walking distance right to the ski resort for activities.

Snowboarding weekend with kids

We had a pleasant stay over a long weekend. While our kids snowboarded, we were able to hang out, cook meals, and relax. Hot tub was nice for the teens after a wet day on the mountain.

Fantastic spot as a hub for our family adventure

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful Vrbo in Girdwood, Alaska! The location couldn't have been better—nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just minutes away from the Alyeska Resort, scenic hiking trails, and the charming local shops and restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring all that Girdwood has to offer. The host was wonderful—extremely responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail really made a difference, and it was clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. The property itself was incredibly well-stocked, with all the amenities you could possibly need. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was thoughtfully provided, making us feel right at home. We particularly appreciated the little extras, like the local guidebooks, extra blankets, and the well-curated selection of games and movies for those cozy nights in. Overall, this Vrbo exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Alaskan charm. Lovely Hidden Gem

True to its word, this place is a fine retreat from the hustle and bustle of Anchorage, or from wherever you happen to be escaping from. The highlight for us was the hot tub which was a perfect way to start each morning.

Peaceful cabin

This Girdwood neighborhood is a safe, quiet and peaceful place to rest after long days fishing and hiking. Easy to walk to restaurants and convenience store. The cabin is clean, modern, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed. The hot tub was a plus! The host was very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for crashing after skiing

Perfect place to crash after a day on the slopes. Close to restaurants and bars, and set up well for skis. The radiant heat in the floor felt amazing.

This basement apartment is an absolute GEM!

Wow guys! This basement apartment was perfect for my 9 yo son and me! Everything was spotless and well stocked with added extras (bear spray, coffee, condiments, etc). Within walking distance from almost everything. I was hesitant about the hot tub at first but it was VERY clean and well taken care of, my kiddo LOVED getting in for a soak after walking all day. My favorite part about this apartment was the BEAUTIFUL shower and heated floors. HIGHLY recommend this property!!!
