It was clean and tidy, central to town but lacked some basic amenities to make the stay really comfortable, given the price.

Case Rentals on the D St. is amazing! The location is unbeatable! It is right in the heat of DT Anchorage, right by the 5th Ave mall. It is 5-minute walk to the visitor center, 8-minute walk to 49th State brewery and the Train Station. (To Denali) and under 10 minutes to all sightseeing spots (Anchorage Musum, Convention Center, etc.). There are so many food places around that one wont run out options. The unit itself is on the 3rd floor. It does not have elevator access, but it didn’t bother us. It has one full kitchen, one bedroom, one living room with dining table, and one bedroom. The shower is awesome! The host had very clear instructions how to check in, access, and check out. Communication is excellent. Do note that DT Anchorage has a homelessness crisis, where many people roam on the street outside of the building. It is a structural issue that has nothing to do with the rental unit. Other than that, this unit is perfect!
