"The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and looked just like the photos. Excellent location with plenty of places to eat located around the hotel in the old town. We didnt get to use the spa or gym but on my next visit I will definitely check them out. The staff very nice, helpful, pleasant and full of information. "

"The room was amazing for the price - would definitely recommend getting spa and breakfast included. The breakfast spread was impeccable, all kosher so don’t go expecting a full English. The spa’s amenities were very undersold on the website - 3 different temps of sauna (one doubles as a salt room) and a hammam style steam room with immersive a shower experience. The spa staff themselves were lovely people - big shout out to Leo for making our trip to Romania one of the best we’ve had! The location of the spa is a little outside the centre but Bolt prices are so friendly so it didn’t make that much of a difference to us. Would 100% book again!"

Staff extremely friendly and helpful during stay - only feedback is that the first night the room was insanely hot and not able to use the thermostat or a/c to cool the room down, but there is option to open window "

"Room was filthy carpet not vacuumed long black hair everywhere on floor u gad to mop the floor myself and then in morning found more black hair in carpet and also on top of desk TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE "

I asked him to replace it he taken it but never come back when I called him he not answer my call so he left me without blanket. Never care No kitchen items. Located in the ground floor. "great: coms with the manage was EXCELLENT. they helped me solve any issues that came up. very kind and helpful. Very good value for money. for me, it was excellent to have the gym 5min walk 60RON entrance, and it had everything i needed. a quick grocery shop is SUPER easy! this place is great for a low-key, chill experience, where you're in the burbs just chilling with other local families in the area. to consider: I didnt notice a clothes dryer, so for short stays, harder to dry the clothes. I knew there wasnt a pool etc on-site, but the listing is very unclear, it's says "guest access". "
