「An excellent hotel from which to explore Chania Town. I can not praise the hotel enough for the wonderful staff, cleanliness, rooms, bed (so comfy) and variety of food at breakfast We loved every minute of our 2 week stay there and would gladly return」

「We really enjoyed our stay in the suite at Elia Palatino. Reception is in a sister hotel a couple doors down and it is staffed 24 hours which was great. We were able to safely store our luggage until our room was ready, and we could pop in at any point to ask questions or get help with anything. Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return. The location was incredible and the interior and exterior of the 500 year old building provided for such a unique experience.
