Drove 2.5 hr just to find my Booking was cancelled by hotel with out no advance notice.my mini vacation was ruined by irresponsible lady who gave us options to call but never herself made an actual reservation on are behalf knowing she had cancelled are reservations and this weekend was fully booked weekend.you can't trust this hotel with your legit reservation...hotel manager has F in customer service

It was very nice experience all the place just for us. We thought that we miss the last day because we're worry to check out early but we never ask for late checkout. Was clean and quiet exactly what we looking for.

Moldy, rundown units.

Upon entering the unit the musty smell hits you.There were tiny roaches everywhere. I had my full body mosquito tent, so I was prepared. The tiny roaches were even inside the fridge. But was not planning to be inside for anything but sleeping. On the second night the airconditioner started making a horrible noise, woke me up. Had noise cancelling headphones which helped me sleep, but the noise was so loud I could still hear it some. In the morning I called and told them about the air conditioner. I asked if they could move me to another unit. They assured me someone will come fix the air conditioner. I called during the day while in and out of the unit and they continued to say someone will come. Came back to sleep and the air conditioner was not fixed. I asked for a refund for my last night cause between the noise and the mold and the roaches I was done. They told me to contact Expedia.Expedia tried to get them to refund me a night but they refused. I still left cause the air conditioner was basically screaming and spitting moldy water at me. You have to physically open and close the main gate to drive in, it is not locked. No toiletries at all and some towels were stained. No security or staff to be found anywhere on campus. The grounds are pretty, the pool is nice, needs maintenance. The beach is not an appropriate area for a beach day. I'm native to the island,so I know. You definitely need a car, nothing really around. Not even doordash.

Bueno hicimos reservacion para 15 personas , nos dimos ese viaje desde el centro de la isla y cuando llegamos la oficina; estaba cerrada en la puerta de la misma un numero de telefono para apoyo y cuando nos contestan nos dicen q nos habian cancelado la reservacion porque se la reservaron a una compañia el el Hotel completo... La persona q nos atendio nos dijo q tenia en dos sitios para resolvernos y llamamos a los lugares que nos dijo y fue así porque los dos sitios no habia disponibilidad y se le dijo q se le iba a dejar un review y ella se molesto y nos dijo q si no saliamos en otras palabras fuertes***de la propiedad nos iba a sacar con la policías.Bueno solo para q esten pendientes ahh ella le hecho la culpa a expidia app, cosa que no se como funciona esto y porque ella dijo q fue Expedia app. Se los dejo ahí solo q fue un disgusto total...suerte al q se atreva lanzarse xq el sitio esta bueno eso no se le puede quitar

Experiencia de habitación horrible

Servicio Pésimo Ninguna comunicación Encargada le pedí contraseña de wifi para tv y nunca la dió. Cortinas de baño rotas, estufa solo con 2 hornillas buenas,limpieza de la habitación pésimas cucarachas por cantidades inaceptables, caminando por gabinetes cocina, x piso de toda la habitación horrible. Seguridad no hay .lo único que está lindo es la alberca y alrededores.
