I likes the hotel & staff for the most part and the food & drink were very good. But the Customer service was lacking, I asked for help with suggested transportation tours but got No response. The AIr Conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the TV had just one French channel & nothing in English. As I understood it was not safe to walk around ar night, There was nothing to do but look at my phone or read a book… No TV News No TV entertainment in my room… rather boring…

It's in a slightly scary section of town. The staff only seems to like if you speak French. Our other hotels had a safe dedicated parking area, away from the beggers. I didn't see that option here. We appreciated the free airport pickup. Decent size room with a comfortable bed. AC was good and strong. Breakfast buffet had plenty of items (including gluten free items) but not a lot of protein.
