Overall this was a great place to stay. The key was a major pain; it was so hard to open the lock box! The fridge/freezer has some functional issues…and a couple of ice trays would have been nice. There was a dusty/musty smell throughout the house. Most of the beds were comfortable, but the pull out sofa bed is broken and slopes quite a bit. The pool was great! Everyone loved the slide.

This could not have been a better place to stay while we were in town. The pool was amazing. It stayed warm without needing heat into the evening. The slide made it even more fun. The house was plenty big enough for 6 people. The double main bedroom setup was great in that there were plenty of bathrooms so nobody felt like they needed to rush in the morning or anything. Added privacy as well. It’s conveniently close to Disneyland as well as stores and other shopping opportunities. Something that really impressed us was how communicative the host was. Anything we needed or had a question about was addressed within minutes. If you need help, just ask and Valerie will help. We would give 10 stars if possible and will stay here again when we come to town. Great experience overall.

Probably the most amazing pool I’ve ever visited. I wish I would have known about this place when our kids were younger. The 5 minute drive to Disneyland, and the pool alone makes it a 10 out of 10 Mickey ear vacation spot.

Would not recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I spoke to Leah from Val's vacation home she told me this house had been renovated in the last year. The main areas of house (living room, master bedrooms have been), but the bathroom showers definitely are part of the original house and have the water stains to prove it. The house shows much better than the pictures. The first question I was asked when called about this property was if I was over 25, and made for a very awkward start for a conversation. Unfortunately my review is consistent with some of the 2025 reviews stating the house is clean but not updated and issues with lighting/electrical outlets. Very quick drive to Disneyland was the one positive. Would not recommend.

The beds were comfortable. The location of the home in Anaheim was perfect. The pool area was great once we were able to communicate with the owner of how to heat the pool. Once the pool tech was actually sent to service the heater, the ice cold pool started getting warm. It’s interesting that the owner can control the heat from her phone but did not automatically just do that when she noticed we were attempting to turn that on. It took multiple attempts to try to get a hold of her. It just felt like a rat race trying to figure that out. The home itself is pretty rundown and not very well maintained on the outside. Just a little bit of paint and maintaining the landscaping would do a lot for this house. A pair of curtains had mold on the bottom, and a couple of the bathrooms had black hair sitting on the sink and in the shower. No one in our party had black hair. The fire pit was not there and not an option. It looked like it was filled in with cement. That was pretty disappointing to us.There were no pool loungers to relax in by the pool, which I thought was very odd. Just chairs with no recline that had stained green algae on them. The other weird part was that there was a totally different fridge than advertised in the kitchen. I didn’t really need an icemaker, but that would have been nice. The fridge kept making this beeping noise, maybe because it does not have a good seal. If this rental it did not have the pool, I wouldn’t have liked staying there at all.

Location, location, location

My family and I traveled from Australia to do a Disneyland stay and see family. The property was home away from home. The check-in process to the checkout process was seamless. The property manager was very friendly. Everything at the property worked perfectly. There was a notebook on how to operate everything. The heated pool and water slide worked with a touch of a button from a remote control. The house was very open plan living and the location was five minutes from everything, including the Disneyland Entrance. Highly recommended to any families looking for accommodation, especially on vacation to do the theme parks. Looking forward to next time…

Spacious, great location, pool was so welcome

Stayed for 6 nights for a family trip to Disneyland land. 5 adults and 2 ten year old boys. The boys loved the pool and the slide. The adults loved the spa and being able to pop over into the pool for a cool down. The outdoor fireplace was nice to be able to sit around and the end of the evening. Each of the masters have ensuites with shower and one opens to the patio. Third full washroom in hall. The boys also played the air hockey. Was really nice having washer and dryer. BBQ cooked steaks perfectly. Well our chef did but he couldn’t have done without the BBQ. Beds were comfy. Had only one issue, which Val resolved to our satisfaction. I would book here again.

Not worth the money, "bed bugs" stay away!!!!

It was not worth the time or money we paid for this home, the pool is nice, the home is old full of spider webs and of course "spiders" the second master bathroom has not been updated, the outside furniture is old and falling apart, but the worse part apart from the spiders were the bed bugs, we couldn't figure out why on the last few nights we were itching all over the kids the my self and other family members, not worth the time or money spent, this home needs to be taken off and money refunded,.....

While the rental was clean, I was very dissatisfied with its overall condition. The listing photos were misleading—if updated images had been provided, we would not have chosen this property. Furniture and lighting shown in the photos were actually missing. I had to call and ask for lighting because one room didn’t have any lights. The property manager did provide lighting but was unresponsive afterward. I accidentally shipped an item of significant value to the home after our departure, and they made no effort to assist in retrieving it. I offered to pay for the inconvenience. This lack of customer care makes it clear they do not value repeat guests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this rental.

ok

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our choice was based on location, pool, hot tub and game room. The hot tub heater didnt work, the pool heating remote didnt work, the toilets ran, shower dripped, garage door couldnt open, we had to request a vacuum, the game room has two games in the garage but the basketball game didnt work, crib mattress cover was deteriorating (so we bought and left a new one) and the kitchenware was sparse so we bought what we needed to cook at home. Val was responsive to our calls but it was not ideal to have to ask her when we wanted the pool heated, the waterfall running and bummed about the hot tub which was fixed the day before we left. We forgot some items and asked for it a couple of times but never heard back from her. We had higher expectations.

Disappointing Vrbo Stay with AC and Amenities Issues

My recent Vrbo stay fell short of expectations. The room lacked a working AC and relied solely on fans. The listing was outdated and didn't accurately depict the property. Despite reporting the AC problem, it went unresolved. The guest room's bed was uncomfortable, feeling like sleeping on springs. Additionally, a strict 10 PM quiet hours policy restricted outdoor activities, including enjoying wine on the patio. The pool remote was unreliable and had delays. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Property is not kept

The contact for this property NEVER a responded to me. I reached out two days prior and during the stay and no responses. There were no instructions for the pool and it was NOT turned on or heated. We were extremely disappointed as that was the reason we chose this home. We finally figured out on day 4 that there was a remote. We found this by reading the comments from past renters online. The instruction binder is moldy and lacked sufficient instructions. There were spiders everywhere and one of the bedroom door handles kept falling off locking people inside. The key holder was VERY difficult to use and needs replaced. There was no front porch light which made coming back at night uncomfortable. No air conditioning, so it was very uncomfortable temperature wise. Other than that, the rooms were as expected, limited items in the kitchen and nothing matched. Very basic home, not worth the $$.

Listing photos don’t represent current condition

House was clean but very dated and seriously lacking maintenance. The front facia is decaying and paint is flaking. Garage door is broken & sign inside says “don’t open”. Only thing in the garage was a cheap air hockey table & flat screen. Garage was too hot to even play in. One master bedroom required a separate A/C unit that was retro fitted to a pet door set in a sliding glass door with no way to secure the slider. I had to take the A/C unit pet door thing out every time we left and put it back in when getting back. Pool deck has pieces of concrete missing with exposed rusty rebar. Concrete was also very rough & hard on the feet. Most of the plants in the back yard were no longer present which gave you direct line of sight into the trailer park behind the house. Pictures in the listing are from a real estate listing from 2015. French doors leading outside to pool area had a huge gap at the bottom and rub at the top. Anyone could force doors open with little effort. No additional security latches typicallyfound on French doors. Outside on the pool deck is a set of breakers with a cover plate that falls off if bumped leaving exposed wiring to the breakers. The outside patio covering is old & weathered. Front porch light also doesn’t work. Someone retro fitted a double oven and did a terrible job. Drawer below oven was pulled out & screwed in place to help support the oven. The outer glass was also missing so the interior glass was very hot & could burn someone. Dishwasher looks dirty along with corrosion inside. A/C stopped working after 24 hours and sent an e-mail Sunday afternoon. Never received a phone call or email back and had to initiate all contact with “Val” to get the unit fixed. Wasn’t until I said we might have to make other plans to stay somewhere else that she did something. Pool and location to the park was good but that’s about it. Definitely not worth the price to stay there. It is obviously an investment property but poorly maintained. Not a place to stay on a special occasion like your daughters 13th birthday.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great stay for our active family of 5. Tons of space and good management communication. Nothing really to walk to but easy to drive everywhere. The pool and games in the garage were a huge plus. Only negative was that the finishes in the house felt older and tired and could use an upgrade.

Decent stay

Pictures in listing were deceiving. Decent place. Master 2 bedroom bed is terrible. The TVs only worked part of the time. Had to have a maintenance guy come over to fix multiple issues. Lots of daddy long leg spiders. “Game room” in the garage only had a air hockey table. No outdoor lights in the front or back. Fire pit worked nicely. Didn’t end up using the pool, only soaked our feet/legs 2 nights. Was a little disappointed in the pantry of the kitchen - tiny bit of pepper and salt was all that was provided. Showers were ok. Sinks in the master bath drained slow. Main master bed and queen and bunk beds were nice. Having a crib was helpful as well as a high chair.
