Family friendly location

Thanks for a great experience. This was perfect for our Disneyland vacation. It had plenty of space for our large group and was a short drive to Disneyland. We'd definitely stay here again 🙂

Great stay

Home was great for our family vacation. Spacious enough for all of us. Vincent was great to work with. Very communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Good house for a big family!

We enjoyed our stay here! Easy to contact owner if we needed anything and the hot tub was so nice to get in after a long day on our feet. It was nice to have a seperate bedroom for the kids and nice that each family got their own bathroom.

Disneyland Family Trip

This home is ideally located for a short walk or drive to Disneyland. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The house had plenty of room for the seven of us. We would certainly choose this unit again!

Beacon house

Overall though the house was good. It is a bit older but in good shape. Beds comfy, lots of supplies in the house, nice furniture, great location. The one complaint would be the bathrooms. They need a good clean and a bit of maintenance. Otherwise the house worked good for our group.

Location Location Location!!

This home is crazy close to Disneyland!! It also has plenty of beds to cover all your family and/or friends!! There is a jacuzzi in the back yard that is a perfect way to relax after a long day at Disneyland!! We had an absolute blast and the communication was so easy and fast with the landlord!!

We love it!

We had a great stay. The house was a great location to Disneyland. We love the Jacuzzi. The owner was easy to get a hold off. The house was very comfortable. If we travel again to Anaheim we would love to use this place again. Thank you.

Perfect for Disneyland trip!

Very close to Disneyland! Great neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean. Easy and timely communication with host. Three bedrooms plus a room with six bunks for kids, plenty of areas to eat. Fenced in back yard and beautiful landscaping. Loved it!

Clean and comfy and easy trip to DLR

We’d totally stay here again. The property is good value for money and found the host/rental process very easy. We were three adult couples and had plenty of room. It could easily house two to three families. Though the furniture and appliances are a bit on the older side, we found things to be in good condition and working. The beds were comfortable, too. The house was cleaned to a very good standard. We sat out one evening for fireworks and the yards are nice! We did not use the hot tub, but it seemed clean and operational. I don’t think you’d want to walk to Disneyland from the property, but Uber/Lyft was quick and easy, although the two trips daily for 6 of us was about the same as self-park (though way more convenient).

This property is located right by Disney, which was awesome. It was a short 5 minute drive! The listing was accurate in describing the home. The house was clean! Which is something I’m very picky about when searching for a place to stay. The host was also very quick to respond to our messages. Our family all had a great stay! I would stay here again. Would definitely stay here again

From the time of check in, we had an over all great experience staying at this location. My app was not cooperating and I was able to get ahold of Vincent right away. And even after we left, communication was quick and effective. The house was clean and felt comfortable for me and my family. Everything we needed as far as towels, washer & dryer (there’s 2 of each!!), pots and pans, and comfortable beds, were provided. The kids especially enjoyed the jacuzzi!! I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, spacious, everything we need

Wow! So much room, a great place to unwind after a long hot day walking at Disney. Uber was only a short drive, the house was clean, the beds comfy, the kitchen had all we needed. tThe kids loved the bunks, and watching the fire works at night! Air conditioner was so effective and a real relief. The garden was neat and a great place to run around, wifi was great- kept up with us and made Uber and web searching. Thank you Vincent, you were so helpful- we’d love to stay with you again.

Great Disney vacation

This was a great place for my family (3 kids 7,4,and 1) and 2 sets of grandparents to stay during our Disney vacation. Knowing we wouldn’t be at the house except breakfast and before bedtime, we didn’t need much. This was soooo close to parking at Disney, and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It’s a bit dated, creamy doors, old oven, etc but It was very clean and functional. It had a crib already set up which was a huge plus. We didn’t use the spa but we did watch the Friday fireworks from the backyard!

Disney Vacation

Close to the parks, although I wouldn’t suggest walking the 40 minute walk, we drove and parked as it’s a “far” walk with 3 littles. The house was clean, but the hot tub needs a serious deep clean and some chemicals. The water was very green. The baseboards could use a scrub, some of them were black in the “harder to see” corners. There is no overhead lighting in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, which makes it a little challenging but there lamps. The owner checked in on us really quickly which was really nice. We bought rain gear and left them in the first drawer in the dresser in the garage for future families to use as we didn’t have another use for them coming home. Overall, a decent experience!

Family reunion

The home was clean and well supplied with clean towels. Clean and ready to use jacuzzi. Clean safe playing area for children. Disney evening Fireworks were enjoyed from driveway. TV were easy to use. Appliances worked well. Clean well functioning washers and dryers. Beautiful landscaping. Neighbors walking a dog that was not on a leash. The dog was dirty and aggressive. It came up the driveway jumped in our car as we were about to enter car. It sat on both seats and would not exit. At no time did the owners of the dog apologize or attempt to remove the dog from our car. In fact he children’s bunk bed room the plumbing in walls was very noisy through the night even when no one was in any of the bathrooms. Overall I would recommend this home to other families!

Kid friendly

Definitely kid friendly place but not so much young toddler friendly. We didn’t spend a ton of time there as we were at Disneyland all week but while we were there it was difficult to keep my almost 2 year old out rooms he didn’t belong. I’d suggest maybe some baby gates to leave around for the guests? Walmart sells little wooden pressure gates for 15 dollars. Those would work well. Also, it was very difficult to find an outlet to use to charge all of our devices. We have phones, watches, a tablet, baby monitors, sound machines, and hearing aids. we managed by switching things out to charge daily but maybe having some power strips or extension cords that reach to the outlets behind furniture would be helpful. Otherwise, the house was just fine. It worked well for my family with two young children. We would stay again if we ever go back to Disneyland.

Very satisfied

We were very happy. We arrived early and asked for permission to drop off our luggage and were allowed access. We had a party of 7. The home was clean and well stocked. Very close to Disneyland. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, only 5 minutes from Disneyland

Our family stayed a week to visit Disneyland and beaches. The house was adequate for our family, though nothing fancy. There are some needed updates, but overall it was good and we would recommend. It was nice having two sets of washers and dryers and some things for the beach that we were able to use. The Jacuzzi was also relaxing

Great place to stay near Disneyland

We stayed with 7 adults and one infant. There was more than enough room for all of us and there was a crib for our daughter who just turned one year old. We had two cars which easily fit in the driveway. Disney was only a five minute drive away!

Great location when visiting Disneyland properties

The beds are super comfortable! If you don't need car seats for small children, I suggest getting an Uber. It's less to go both ways in an XXL then it was to park at Disneyland.

Exactly as advertised

The host was responsive and easy to get a hold of. The property was clean, neat and convenient. It had most basics you might need already there too, though we bought/brought most of our own things. Price was fantastic for what you get. Would definitely rent again.
