Better than Disneyland

According to my 5 & 7 YO, the house —especially the pool, was the favorite part of our Disneyland vacation. Great house for our family. Lots of bathrooms, the beds were super comfortable and everyone slept great every night. We used the pool and hot tub every day and the life vests were great for the kids, including our 1 YO. We even used the BBQ and game room. Didn’t find the rules or alarm complicated or a nuisance. No big deal, they make sense. Communication with the hosts was easy. Thank you for letting us use the home! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip out.

Staycation

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a water leak in our home and needed a place to stay locally while we dealt with it. This spot was perfect — comfortable, great pool, and walking distance to Disneyland. It made a tough situation a whole lot easier. We’d definitely stay here again if we need a place in the area.

Excellent location

The location close to the Disney parks was fantastic, and the pool was a great way to cool down at the end of the day.The property had all the facilities we could’ve asked for and more - table tennis/pool in the evenings was great fun. The house was clean and spacious, and perfect for a family stay.

Family vacation

The home was nice and looked as advertised. The house was big enough to accommodate 13 people but it was only 7 of us. The house should be advertised for adults only because our 3 boys were in the pool and I was contacted about 4 times in the little time we were there about noise complaints from the neighbors when the kids were in the pool. There were too many restrictions and the noise policy was annoying. The alarm that went off if the door was opened longer than 15 setting seconds was the most annoying thing about the property! The kids couldn’t even be in the game room in the garage after 9 pm! The House itself was very nice and was well stocked with towels, nice dishes and decent pots and pans to use but I will not ever be renting a house in Anaheim again. The property manager and maintenance person were helpful though because we had I hiccup getting inside the right property at check in because we went to the wrong address. Renters beware! Because the rules to rent this one is a lot!!!

A quiet Disney getaway

This home was a great stay for our family to celebrate my parents' anniversary. The yard was beautiful. Easy walk to Disneyland. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Neighborhood was quiet and calm. After reading previous reviews, we were nervous about the strictness of the rules, noisy neighbors, etc. but we didn't have any problems at all.The property managers were very quick to respond to questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, not so great beds

House was great! Super clean, quiet neighborhood, and close access to Disney. The beds (the bunks and the queen mattress specifically) were pretty rough and not so comfortable. All in all it’s a good place to stay

Nice pool large home

House is great, Everything was nice except the neighbors who think any sound at all even from baby's in the middle of the day is something to complain about. We did not make unreasonable noise for an unreasonable time. I don't remember giving up my first amendment rights or my fourth amendment rights as any complaints from anyone gives them the right to unwarranted search. Anaheim rentals is fighting this in court and I pray you win. I would love to rent in Anaheim again but that city contract is unreasonable and scary. Thanks for treating me nice and hopefully you can educate the neighbors. The tax collected by the city is large and you would think they would want verbo rentals. I would stay again without children.

Great space

We really enjoyed the amount of space that this house had to offer, but we’re quite disappointed with the fact we didn’t feel like we could use the yard due to complaints from neighbors with talking and laughing which comes with playing in a pool. We were limited on being outdoors because of this issue with the neighbors. We loved the location and size of the home. Could use some updating. Carpet is in need of replacing. They were quick to respond to Appliance issues. Again, not sure if I’d rent again because we didn’t feel like we could be outdoors at all, and that was a big part of us choosing this home. Hopefully they can work something out with the neighbors because families do you want to be able to talk and laugh as they do it their own yards. The pool was lovely and I hope they can get this issue figured out. Great for a family if they can!

Great House

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Disney Land. Location is perfect, close to the parks in a quiet neighborhood. the house was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi is great after walking and standing in lines all day!

Lovely vacation home

The house is great. We had a large group, 7 adults and 3 toddlers, and the house gave us all ample room. The house was clean and very comfortable. A few things to note though -- The coffee pot takes forever to brew, I mean like over 20 mins. There are a couple of strollers but the wheels on them are super wonky. You're better off renting them. The walk to the park is every bit of a 1/2 mile. The pool alarm everyone reviews is a pain but I totally understand for the little ones. Lastly, the noise ordinance. We adhered completely to it. The local 'permanent' neighbors, however, obviously do not have to go by the same ordinances as renters as two nearby houses had parties until 1:00am. And we didn't even go out to empty the garbages after 10 for fear of setting off cameras and getting fined! All of this aside, I would recommend this house.

Beautiful Home; Great Neighborhood

House is very clean; spacious, and comfortable. Back yard is small but beautifully landscaped with pool and "hot tub" built in. There were 8 adults in our group and everyone was more than pleased with the spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms. A nice surprise was the two room with bunk beds had full sized bunk beds. Entry is simple and easy. I did get a text about a noise complaint from Vrbo -- but we were all gone that afternoon (which was when people complained about noise) and none of us were loud when in the back yard or in the house and didn't have TV on -- so don't know why I got the text. I would have rated every category a 5 out of 5, but it's been a week since we left the house and the security deposit has not been refunded. The house is about a mile from Disneyland, but one would have to walk/cross very busy 6 lane streets, so I would not advise it.

Convention Center Stay

5 of us came for a conference at the convention center. It was an easy walk and we found the property to be perfect for us - large table for strategy sessions, comfortable couch for unwinding, the bedrooms were as described. We hope to return!

Anaheim adventures!

This house was a great layout for a large group. The pool and game room were big hits with kids, teens and adults alike! Close to Disney but not necessarily walking distance. But super convenient location.

Property was fine, other than cockroach in house. All the rules in place for noise made no sense when neighbors were out all hours of the night making noise. Game room was stuffy, needs ventilation.
