"Our 2 families with teen/preteens stayed here for a relaxing long weekend. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It was conveniently located on the lake and only a short drive to grocery/tackle store. The boat dock was nice, easy put in, and well maintained. Shaded patio was perfect with plenty of seating and breathtaking views. The host stocked the kitchen & laundry room with plenty of essentials. We hope to get back to Toledo Bend and would absolutely stay here...

"Property was not as advertised. When we arrived the grounds had not been mowed, there was trash on the ground, brush piled up in the back yard, wood shavings all over the deck, chairs and BBQ pit. The management team is going to respond to this review, stating they offered to send out a cleaning person. This property should have been ready for customers before we got there. We did not stay at this property as booked. We were reimbursed for 1/2 of our cost. But had to pay for other accommodations...

"Beautiful location. We loved the dock and porch. There were a few crumbs in the kitchen and mold/mildew on the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom. The house was old and a fixer upper. Very rustic, but we loved it!"
