Our third time at this hotel. We had a great time overall but they have to pay more attention to the condition of the rooms. There was a water dripping sound in our room very annoying in the middle of the night and they changed our room and the new room was bloody cold and the air conditioning was not working properly to turn it off. Breakfast was great and the restaurant at the roof top was good. Spa was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Capri Palace! All staff are charming in particular Roberto who assisted us with care and consideration around the pool. This is a beautiful hotel with amazing facilities- a total gem!

A very disappointing experience
Unfortunately we were returning to the Capri Palace after many years and we were not told that our 3 nights were the last before they closed for season. The hotel was cold, our suite was not at 5 star level with the basics in need of repair, the water in the shower was not hot and there was hammering through the night outside our room, the spa closed early one evening with no notice, the housekeeping did not replace basics like tissue or toilet paper and as we were having breakfast the last day of our stay, staff were cleaning out the hotel as we were still staying there as guests. It was the most disappointing experience. The management did offer some adjustment after my husband discussed all the issues and he did apologize.

Stunning property in Anacapri. Beautiful suites with all the amenities, self closing blinds, dyson dryers etc. Very friendly staff and concierge, who will help with any travel request (ex ferries, trains, shuttle)

This place is an absolute palace! Our stay was way too short to enjoy this hotel AA much as we wanted. However, we had the most amazing spa treatment/experience! Clara was incredible and everyone within the staff! It’s a hidden gem! Definitely coming back!

The best hotel I have stayed in . My wife and I returned to capri and decided to stay at the Capri Palace again ( our last stay was October 2017). Everything was perfect once more. Yes it can be expensive for drinks etc but we are out exploring most of the day. Staff are all excellent.

very nice hotel, very kind staff, attentive, friendly and helpful. the property is expensive but you get a luxury experience. the service is very dedicated, the hotel is spotless, breakfast is a real treat. we were very happy and can only recommend the hotel!

The Gin is Up
Beautiful hotel with lovely service. The bar is world class and rivals London’s best. One of the best gin selections on the planet. I highly recommend the facility and the service. We made a last minute decision to extend what was a terrific stay in Capri. The Hotel only added to our experience!

The check in was easy and the property is fabulous . The staff was super nice and friendly .It’s walking distance to town where you can enjoy a gelato or two . The pool area was a little small for this property size . All of the chairs were taken early . The restaurant they own had a Michelin rating but it was overpriced and the food was the worst I’ve had on my 14 day tour of Italy . It was offsite and not as pretty as they make it look on the website . Very disappointed that it was the worst food and the most expensive .

Exceptional in every way
Our stay was incredible, from the stunning room to the attention to detail in every aspect. The staff went above and beyond to create a wonderful feel in such a lovely environment. The pool is wonderful as is the incredible extensive gin menu. The restaurant was a magic experience, an absolute must even if not staying in the hotel. We will definitely stay again

A paradise on earth! We had a lovely stay! Such an authentic and elegant hotel! Il Olivo Restaurent is a 2 Michelin Restaurent! It’s lovely! An experience to try at least once in a lifetîme!

My fiancé and I had a truly wonderful stay, the staff could not do enough for us whatever our request (we were viewing potential wedding venues so a busy schedule). Every night we retired feeling spoilt. Breakfast was heavenly. We will definitely return as we could not fault it. Claudia and Joseph were very courteous and helpful at all times.

Stunning hotel in beautiful location. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The pool area was divine and loved the gardens all around. The breakfast is completely delicious and includes anything you could ever want and all made to such a high standard. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping are so attentive. The L'Olivio restaurant is excellent -highly recommend the tasting menu. Il Ricco is accessible via shuttle service from hotel also a must visit - food is next level with beautiful panoramic views - the temptation room is not to be missed. We'd return in a heartbeat.
