Our third time at this hotel. We had a great time overall but they have to pay more attention to the condition of the rooms. There was a water dripping sound in our room very annoying in the middle of the night and they changed our room and the new room was bloody cold and the air conditioning was not working properly to turn it off. Breakfast was great and the restaurant at the roof top was good. Spa was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hotel with fantastic service. Highly recommend this hotel in Anacapri. Zuma on the rooftop is a nice addition. Beautiful pool and great breakfast.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Capri Palace! All staff are charming in particular Roberto who assisted us with care and consideration around the pool. This is a beautiful hotel with amazing facilities- a total gem!

A very disappointing experience
Unfortunately we were returning to the Capri Palace after many years and we were not told that our 3 nights were the last before they closed for season. The hotel was cold, our suite was not at 5 star level with the basics in need of repair, the water in the shower was not hot and there was hammering through the night outside our room, the spa closed early one evening with no notice, the housekeeping did not replace basics like tissue or toilet paper and as we were having breakfast the last day of our stay, staff were cleaning out the hotel as we were still staying there as guests. It was the most disappointing experience. The management did offer some adjustment after my husband discussed all the issues and he did apologize.

Capri ist toll und das Jumeirah exzellent!
Hervorragende Bar und exzellentes Michelin Restaurant, auch der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein! Capri ist generell Fussgänger-freundlich und sicher einen mehrtätigen Besuch wert! Das Jumeirah hat hierzu eine tolle und ruhige Lage, auch an kleinen Geschäften mangelt es in der Umgebung nicht.

The best hotel I have stayed in . My wife and I returned to capri and decided to stay at the Capri Palace again ( our last stay was October 2017). Everything was perfect once more. Yes it can be expensive for drinks etc but we are out exploring most of the day. Staff are all excellent.

Fantastic service all around
We have stayed at many luxury resorts but rarely before experienced this fantastic level of attentive service. Everything, from reception to housekeeping to pool service was perfect. Not to mention L’Olivo the two star restaurant. And the breakfasts. I could go on and on. You can not be in a better location in Anacapri. Splurge on a sea view room if you can.

The Gin is Up
Beautiful hotel with lovely service. The bar is world class and rivals London’s best. One of the best gin selections on the planet. I highly recommend the facility and the service. We made a last minute decision to extend what was a terrific stay in Capri. The Hotel only added to our experience!

The check in was easy and the property is fabulous . The staff was super nice and friendly .It’s walking distance to town where you can enjoy a gelato or two . The pool area was a little small for this property size . All of the chairs were taken early . The restaurant they own had a Michelin rating but it was overpriced and the food was the worst I’ve had on my 14 day tour of Italy . It was offsite and not as pretty as they make it look on the website . Very disappointed that it was the worst food and the most expensive .
