Our stay at the W was an absolute experience! We were celebrating our anniversary, and Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond — we arrived to find champagne, roses, and chocolates waiting in our room. We were also treated to complimentary drinks at the W Lounge, which was such a lovely touch. I came to Amsterdam to visit my friend and see Kendrick and SZA in concert at Johan stadium and I was pleasantly surprised at the suite I booked at W and their white glove customer service! I love love how walkable the area is. Their room service options were good quality and convenient and all my staff interactions were 10/10! I will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel. Best part was Away Spa, highly recommended! Bars and restaurants not personal enough and prices where more stiff than the drinks. Nice room with great view and can’t hear noise from the streets.

The room was very comfortable and the space was well presented and an enjoyable experience. The service in the W 6th floor cocktail bar was only so-so, unfortunately.
