周辺の雰囲気とアクセス以外はあまりお勧めできません。

受付の対応は良かった。ただ、3泊したのに1度もベッドメーキングやタオルの取り換えがなかった。タオルは大サイズが1枚だけで、ゴワゴワ。シャンプー、ボディソープが無かったので買いに行った。 周辺の雰囲気はまずまずで、アクセスは比較的良い。

As we say in scotland..... What a f***ing dirty Sh**e hole. You will find bedding that doesnt fit. You will find the place dirty with dust and old dirt. You will find the toilet seat hanging off. You will find the shower fitting just sitting on itself, no where to hang it. You will find the bathroom door, disintegrate, cause its soaked up so much water. You will find that no televisions work, You will find the bathroom ceiling and walls covered in black mould, not just the stuff you might see in caulk/silicone. Was booked for 4 nights, left after the 1st. And i have the pics to prove all points madr, and will be able to view via google maps Save your money and stay elsewhere. Cost myself an extra £437 to book another hotel, and still waiting on my room tax refund.

Location was the main benefit. Many of the tourist locations were within walking distance. Restaurant had very limited options and the hours were challenging (didn't open until later in the morning).

The building is very tired and the room was shabby but the lady who checked us in was lovely and helped us with a city map. It's a gorgeous area. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good so although it doesn't look like much we'd come back.

Location was great but they need to note there is no elevator and there are 5 floors. We were on the 4th. Also the lobby & lobby bar were closed Sundays & Mondays so couldn’t even get a coffee in the mornings. They advertise the lobby bar that is beautiful but never open. Room was smal, tv didn’t work and the lighting in the bathroom was awful. Only met the staff on check-in and checkout.

Good communication from reception when I couldn't arrive at the time I expected, easy self check-in option after 8pm. Good location to access popular hotspots, but with the benefit of staying in a quieter area. Felt safe and cosy in my room, modest and just right!

I am used to small European hotels and I generally like them for being “unique”, as opposed to the big chain hotels. I didn’t mind the lack of elevator or the steep, narrow staircases. However, certain things could and should be better. For example there was not a single electrical outlet in the room. After looking around for half hour, I found behind the curtain a short extension cord connected to an outlet in the ceiling. The bathroom was incredibly small with the toilet bowl almost touching the sink. There was minimal lighting and the main light fixture was hanging from the ceiling. The reception was open only a few hours in the morning and in the afternoon. Closed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. It would have been useful if some of these details were included in the description of the hotel. Nevertheless, I did enjoy my stay. I hope the other rooms are better than the one I had.

The washroom was flooded. The receptionist didn’t bother to help. Directed me to call the emergency number that didn’t work. We left the hotel and booked somewhere else. Don’t waste money, time, and vacation!

The best thing for me was its location. The basic room is exactly that. Friendly staff although reception is not open everyday. Stairs to third level room might be a challenge for some.

Be prepared for steep stairs! I knew there wasn't an elevator, but staying on the fourth (US fifth) floor was a pretty steep hike. The room and bed were comfortable, though the TV didn't have a signal. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but the shower had great water pressure and hot water. There wasn't daily housekeeping in the room, which was fine for me, but FYI for others. I loved the convenience of the location -- it was close to a lot and super convenient, but on a quiet canal and so was nicely peaceful at night. It was also a lot closer to Waterlooplein than it seemed on the map, so that was a nice surprise when arriving. The room would be tight for two people, but wasn't too cramped for just me.

Within walking distance of attractions and lots of dining options which is why we booked this place. Friendly staff called a taxi for us many times ( It poured and we couldn’t walk to our destination). towel bars in bathroom are needed to reuse towels. Remove the chairs and put in a luggage holder. Inconvenient to always have to put suitcase on the bed to access contents.

Me dieron la habitación . Bueno un ático de habitación . Era la última habitación en le 4 piso y tuve que subir todo mi equipaje 😪 por las escaleras . No tenía televisión , y no existía división entre la cama y el baño. Había un mal olor al ingresé a la habitación . Y tampoco contaba con jabón y shampoo en la ducha .

Hôtel qui a le charme des hôtels de jadis, ce que j’aime bien quand je vais en Europe. Toutefois, les heures de présence du personnel sont très restreintes, je n’ai jamais eu d’interaction avec lui à part une fois, le jour de mon arrivée.

hotel tres bien, super accueil

super hotel,tres tres bien placé juste a coté de la gare. personel tres gentil. faut des bonnes cuisses pour monté les 4étage pour rejoindre ca chambre. Par contre la propreté clairement a revoir, a premiere vu c'est propre mais quand on fait attention, c'est limite. mais pour le prix rien a dire vu l'emplacement
