飛行機運航のキャンセルがあり一泊しました。どのスタッフも親切に対応してくれて気持ちよく一晩過ごせました。長旅に疲れていたので、バーでサンドイッチとフルーツを買って、部屋で食べました。買うまえにフルーツのケースを１つ倒してしまいましたが、バースタッフは、すぐに片付けをして、問題はないと笑顔で対応してくれました。優しい！部屋も清潔でした。シャワーの水圧が少し弱かったけれど、綺麗な部屋でした。次回はアムステルダム観光を目的に来て連泊したいです。

周辺にレストランが少ないのは気になったが、空港から近く、仕事先への移動も近くて、とても便利であった。水や、氷が無料なのもよかった。

埃だらけ
目覚ましラジオ、窓枠、コーヒーセットの置いてある黒いお盆他、埃だらけ。ソファーベッドも利用したが、その隙間から見える下も埃だらけ。 3夜滞在で3日目には部屋の掃除を希望して受付に言っておいて外出したが、帰ってきても掃除されておらずもう一度申請してようやく。 1日目は暖房を最高につけても夜寒かった。 部屋に備え付けのコーヒーセットもミルクがついていないなど、不備が多すぎ。値段がそれほど高くないのが救いだが、もう一度来るかと言われると・・・？？

グランド・フロアにはレストラン、バーが併設されており、スキポールの殆どのホテル周辺には施設がないので大変便利。部屋も比較的広く綺麗で機能的。

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. There is a complementary shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel room was clean. Nice establishment, satisfactory breakfast. Overall very nice stay. Would recommend.

Sehr sauberes Hotel und die Mitarbeiter im Gastrobereich waren sehr nett und auch kinderfreundlich. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und das Bad war sehr modern. Einzig die Parkgebühren sind etwas hoch mit 19.50 am Tag.

The bathroom is dirty. Magnified mirror has stains and spots all over the mirror. There are only two small bath towels and two hand towels provided in the bathroom. There is no washcloth. Other than a piece of soap, there is no other basic supplies like other hotels. Very minimalist hotel and dirty bathroom.

The hotel is very close to the Amsterdam airport and they offer a free shuttle. However it isn’t lose to any parks, retail or shops. Staff are very friendly and my room was clean. It’s a great place to stay for an overnight in Amsterdam, but if I was staying for a few days the room (king) is a bit small and doesn’t have a lot of space.

Zimmer sind schön groß und sauber, Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichende Auswahl. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, die Stadt ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Amsterdam je nach ob mit dem Auto oder offensichtlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist in 30 Min.- 1 Stunde erreichbar.

I really loved the property, check in was super fast and easy, they managed to find us a new room really quick as we arrived early. The staff were very accommodating, the only thing I could say was that the WiFi was very slow in the evenings but other than that would stay again.

Housekeeping terrible, not to the standard of a four stars hotel, not for Hyatt standard - towels had a big ring yellow stain on it, Kleenex box was empty, so they replace it by sticking two pieces sticking out of the old box. No water bottle waters upon check in as advertised, coffee cup was dirty and not replaced …Beside the disappointment of housekeeping, the breakfast was good and abundance, airport shuttle was convenience.

Electric Kettle Temperature Controlled Room Mini Refrigerator Large TV King Size Bed Large Bathroom Built-in toiletries in the shower Room size is good for 2 adults and 1 child Room had a futon (appeared to be a full size bed) Good amount of wall outlets (2) Window roller shades for privacy Wardrobe has a built-in light that turns on when opened There were a good selection of breakfast items More than (2) elevators for convenience Elevators controlled by using room key in order to select floor number Nearby grass areas for walking pets - Shower door doesn't close all the way - No infant crib in the room - Vehicle parking spots are tight, recommend widening each spot by 2 feet - Smoking area is too close to the entrance of the hotel, recommend moving it away from the entrance - Hotel was reserved through Expedia which included free breakfast and parking, Hotel front desk representative (first name started with "A") said there is no free parking, thankfully, the Filipino representative next to the first representative noticed the note on their monitor that free parking was included on my reservation

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The only negative point, was that the shuttle bus was not wheelchair accessible, despite being advertised as such. However the hotel did agree to pay for taxis to and from the airport.
