Conveniently located near the tram station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean enough and I also enjoyed the well-stocked self-service bar in the lobby. It was a good stay. Thank you very much!

トラム駅からも近く、大変便利なロケーションです。 ホテルスタッフは温かく、落ち着いたホテルでした。 朝食は卵料理のリクエストができます。美味しかったです。 空港までのタクシーの件で確認が必要でしたので、コンシェルジュの方にお願いしたら、 快く聞いて頂き、助かりました。 清潔で、スタッフは温かく、静かに過ごせました。 これまでいろんなホテルに滞在しましたが、落ち着いた雰囲気があり、 静かにゆっくり過ごせ、心に残るホテルになりました。 お勧めします。

街の中心部にあり移動が便利。車で行く場合は事前予約のバレットパーキングがおススメです。スタッフもみんな親切で快適に過ごせますが設備が古いのは否定できません。

Amazing place. The staff goes outnof their way to give you a 10 stars service. Rooms are cozy but perfectly designed and comfortable. The bar has anything you can need for a cocktail when you come back to the hotel (or before you leave). Abive and beyond expectations for sure!

Great location, kind staff, cheese and wine hour was huge bonus. Breakfast was the best meal of our day- spring for the breakfast option! A/c worked so well and view was amazing from our room.

I didn’t receive room upgrade that VIP benefits should have permitted. I received an up charge for arriving too early. It was after a very long flight and we were exhausted so I didn’t make a stink. The hotel, amenities, pleasantness of staff was all very good. My only issue was that upon check-in I inquired about places to eat and was only informed of a pricey restaurant across the street from the hotel. I was told by the gentleman that others nearby were”touristy”. After walking just beyond the hotel to toward the flower gardens and nearby cinema, it was clear that there were MANY dining options in the area offering a variety of cuisines within walking distance. The front desk person also gave me the same kind of limited info about how to purchase a ticket to the Van Gogh Museum when the official websites listed them as sold out. So you know you CAN actually purchase tickets from other entities including Expedia which offers different options with a few different companies. Please have desk staff share all options upon request. For the most part, everyone else was super friendly. All of the female front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast staff were delightful, service great, food was delicious. I’d give the place another try.

on a bien aimé la chambre vue sur le canal avec les portes ouvrantes, on revenait prendre une petite sieste en pm entre deux sorties et on adorait le petit vent. Les déjeuners étaient excellents et la place déjeuner est très belle un gros bravo à la très charmante Sandra et son équipe !! On a profité quelques fois du 5 à 6 avec petits fromages. Le bar open est aussi intéressant, l'hotel est vraiment très bien situé et on peut tout faire à pieds, un gros plus pour nous, pour les musées , les restos et les visites.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Large building with high ceilings and exquisite decor. All the satf were super friendly. They have an all inclusive bar where you can help yourself 24/7 at 4pm tbey bring wine out that stays until midnight and at 5pm they bring out a cheese cart with crackers etc. All of this is included and at no cost. Breakfast is also included, a small continental breakfast is available self serve and an omelette and pancake station for freshly cooked items. They also have crispy bacon and mini chicken sausage 😋 . A small mini bar in your room also free including water chocolate and some alcoholic drinks. The room was spotless, a nice size and well decorated. The bed and pillows are the best I've ever had the pleasure off! Facilities in the room consist of iron & board, towels, robe and slippers, safe small fridge, glasses, nespresso machine, hairdryer,tv and telephone. Would highly recommend and definitely return should i ever visit Amsterdam again.

Very nice hotel, great location, few nice complimentary drinks in minibar, room was nice size and comfortable. Only issue is I was due to receive a free bottle of wine as a Hotels.com VIP guest but there was nothing!

One of my favorite hotels!
This is the nicest hotel stay I’ve had. Staff were friendly and helpful. Full breakfast including eggs made to order and fresh squeezed orange juice. Wine and cheese in the evenings. Full bar at no extra charge. They had champagne and olibollen on New Year’s Eve. Steam shower. Beautiful furnishings. In walking distance from everything. We loved our stay!

Lovely place to stay in Amsterdam! I would definitely recommend. Good location, excellent concept & staff. Only downside was I wasn’t recognised as a VIP Expedia guest. While observing others checking in (Americans) I felt they were better respected/treated than ourselves. But I did love my overall stay

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. They include drinks throughout the whole stay, and have a cheese tray every day at 5PM. This allowed me to come back from my day out, and rest a little bit before going out again to continue my night. Location is particularly good to walk all around the centre of Amsterdam. Breakfast was also very good. They provide omelettes made fresh by the employees. I would come back and stay and this place.
