"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"This property was spotless and well equipped. It is a bit ‘off the beaten track’, but in a lovely location and within walking distance of an excellent village shop. There is another property adjoining this one. The provision of a swimming pool enhanced this property greatly. Although we only met the host, Helen, twice she was most pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend this accommodation if one is looking for peace and solitude and yet it is only about 5 miles from Romsey."

"We were greeted by our host who had kindly allowed us to deposit our luggage ahead of moving into the cottage. "Very modern and clean hotel,with friendly staff. Room was quite quirky with a glass door leading to WC and shower, which had window in. Very large TV with a good range of HD channels. Parking was cheap with free electric charging points. The only letdown was the breakfast, the hot food was not hot enough and plates were cold, along with the quality was not good. If we stopped there again would have room only and get breakfast from onsite Starbucks or ASDA, Maccies next door. "
