「Manager of the apartments very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Communication was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh linens. Very close to public transportation, grocery stores and bakeries. Grafetti was an eye sore, however everyone in the neighborhood seemed nice and we felt safe walking around. Building itself was very secure and the balcony was nice to be able to sit outside at night. Would highly recommend...

「Excellent minimalist facilty - reminds me of a quality airport transit hotel like one I've stayed at in the Singapore airport (though more roomy). The rooms are very clean, new, high functionality, comfortable, great location, a convenient refrigerator, basic kitchen utensils, a water airpot and a small heating element for simple cooking. 「とても清潔で素敵な施設でした。ただフロントの様な物はなく、入り口のテーブルの上に小型の金庫が置いてあって名前の記載された袋のなかに鍵が入っているだけで、勝手に入るという形でした。今までそういうタイプの施設に泊まった事がなかったので、困ったときどうやって聞こうかと少し不安でした。緊急時の連絡先の電話番号は部屋の中の小冊子に書いてありましたが、外国語に不便な為、やはり、人がいないのは不安だなぁと思いました。洗濯物をしている掃除担当のスタッフの様ない人はいましたが 特に挨拶をされるわけでもなく、ほぼ無関心という感じでした。旅慣れた方には、非常にオススメです。」

「This apartment is one of the best I have ever stayed in while traveling! It is spacious, bright, updated, clean, and quiet! We were there only for one night but it was a very comfortable stay that all of my family commented they wish we would stay longer! The area was quiet with several authentic eating options within a couple of blocks in any direction. The tram was right outside making getting around very easy. And the major sights were about a 12-15 min walk. Highly recommend! 」

「Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé avec épiceries et restaurants aux alentours. Par contre, y trouver un parking pour garer une voiture est un parcours du combattant. Tout est propre (équipements, toutes les pièces de l'appartement, la literie). Il n'y a pas de réception mais il y a toujours quelqu'un qui vous répond rapidement via whatsapp 」

「The facility was clean, new, and wonderful, and there were no problems with the equipment. The only and biggest drawback is that I contacted the operator about luggage storage after check-out and still have not received a reply after 20 hours. If nothing goes wrong, great, but you should expect to get no support if something goes wrong.」
