Little things like providing body lotion, plenty of cups/mugs so you don't have to try to wash up, fresh milk, plenty of sockets for your phone etc and much more. "We had a fabulous stay at Pontyclerc. Jane and Nigel were welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The room was light and spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower a delight. The breakfast was perfect. We thoroughly recommend Pontyclerc."
