Booked through Expedia, when arriving the hotel claimed to not have confirmation and were very rude trying to force us to repay. Once issue was resolved (between Expedia and hotel) we received no apology. Door key failed to work one night and had to spend 2 hours waiting for them to drill door open, forcing us to change rooms. Again poor communication throughout issue. Outside of these issues, the hotel was clean and provided all basic requirements, however photos do not match current condition of hotel. It is now very dated property in need of renovation.

Great value for high end hotel

This was a very clean hotel with friendly staff and location. Higher end lobby and room decor and would recommend staying at this hotel if given the opportunity.

There is nothing unique about this property except that all facilities are filthy and do not work like the phone or need Eisenstein to figure out how the very small size screen TV works.

This is a great hotel. I only stayed for a night in transit but good quality and comfort for the price. The only down-side was that the breakfast was not amazing. I didnt like the taste of the meats and cheeses, as if they were bad quality. And the coffee was only instant, no filter etc. But the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great!

A few days in Jordan

My 3 day stay at this location was an enjoyable experience. The hotel staff was very accommodating, the Room was very comfortable, the Room service was affordable and timely, and the included breakfast had a good selection of local foods. The hotel was located near 3rd circle and Uber was readily available at all times. There was 24hr security and I felt very safe here.

we went during the winter to Amman. Our room was cold the whole time because the heater was not sufficient to heat the entire room and windows/doors were not sealed good enough to prevent cold air from constantly coming in. staff was nice and attentive. dining options are limited in the hotel. location is not really walking distance from anywhere.

not as expected. not worth 4 stars.

This hotel doesn't deserve to be classified as 4 stars. Anyway, the space and wifi were ok, but not very clean, room and facilities in bad condition, breakfast so-so, water leakage and bad small in toilet. It's less than what you expect from 4 stars rated hotels. suggest to go for 5 stars.

Nice hotel. Good service

I like this hotel, it is really clean and the service is great; however wifi is not available in the rooms, just the reception area. I would recommend this hotel overall.
