"I was very disappointed in my stay at the Wyndham Gardens in Westlake, OH. I was issued a room (by an aggressively unfriendly employee, I might add) that appeared as if it hadn't been used in months. It was actually dusty and there were only sheets on my bed, no other bedding. My room looked onto an inside atrium (vs. the outdoors) so it was also exceptionally poorly lit - which actually might have been a good thing, I wasn't able to see how dirty it was! Besides convenience to the event I was attending, I have nothing positive to say about this property. I will not be staying here again."

"We loved our stay as our room was very colorful and clean. The hotel stock rooms with cute purple soup that smells awesome. We enjoyed the activities like bowling, glow golf, and of course the water Park. There is more than enough for all ages. My 3yr old enjoyed meeting the characters and playing games at the lobby. We never left the resort for anything as the food was there as well. The arcade can get pricey but your kid will leave out with a toy from the wall. Although she wasn't tall enough for the big water rides, the lifeguards were sure to give her a life jacket and enjoy the wave pool. There was a BBQ restaurant attached and the food was absolutely amazing and FLAVORED!!! Worth every penny."

"I’ve always stayed at days in by Wyndham. They’ve always been nice and clean and maintained. This one was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast it’s not breakfast so be prepared to go elsewhere. Smoke free rooms they still smell like cigarettes. My room bed sheets had little blood stains. Which for me that’s a sign of bed bugs. I asked them twice to change my bed sheets and they never did."

"They put me in a room right behind or in front of the Costco warehouse truck Depot. The blackout curtains did not close all the way and the noise from the Costco sucked. The room smells very musty. The TVs were the smallest I've ever seen in any hotel room anywhere across the United States. The phone in the room did not work. The pool didn't have a heater."
