Ames Plaza Shopping Center

Arrival to the facility with my husband and children only to find out the pool was closed for maintenance while waiting for the front desk person to come back after approximately 15 minutes. We were quite disappointed since the pool was one of the reasons we choose this facility and were not giving the opportunity to change our reservation ahead of time. Then waiting for the front desk person to come back was difficult because it was late and three young children that were exhausted from the long travel, I had to call and chase the person down to finally have the ability to check in. I would not recommend this facility.
