The house was fantastic because it was affordable for college kids (though one needed to be 30 years of age to book it…I exceed that age), it had lots of beds and enough bathrooms and a kitchen. 「My teenage son and I stayed here for a 4 day swim meet at SwimRva which was conveniently about 5 minutes away. The basement apartment was very clean and extremely well put put together!. The apartment was comfortable and my son certainly enjoyed the video games on the giant tv! Sharon was extremely communicative and even left out snacks for us every morning! 「We had a great stay at the Happy Place and wished we'd had more time to explore the local area. The house was very clean, and spacious with lots of modern equipment. We had big soccer tournament in the local area which was 15 moinutes drive from the house so it was perfect location for us to relax in between the games. 「We came up to visit our oldest son & family that we havent seen in 5 yrs. All the grandkids loved it. They loved all the fishing that they did and by the bonfire. Very nice, beautiful, relaxing place. Has everything you need to get away. The sunsets and sunrise were awesome!!! Enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the lake and listening to the geese and their babies. We even seen deer. We will be back in the future to enjoy again.
