Relax and unwind at this 8-bedroom cottage in Möderscheid with your extended family and friends, a total of 26 people. The cottage has an infrared sauna and a Turkish steam bath for an unforgettable experience.

The village of Amel Möderscheid is a quiet spot in the Waimes region, close to Stavelot. At 4 km, you have restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife pubs to enjoy the local environment. You will find the lively town centre and the beautiful lake at 5 km, perfect for spending time in the evenings. There are also plenty of cycling routes in the vicinity and at 5 km, you can play paintball.

This cottage has central heating. When you sit together, you can light the fireplace in the living room. You can collect on the private terrace to enjoy barbecued meals with wine. Later, go for walks in the garden or sit outside in the fresh air. Enjoy playing table tennis, table football and billiards in the recreation room. A playground for children and parking is available.

We now have an 11kW charging station for cars at the cottage. This is activated using a badge provided on site and charging is billed with the general electricity consumption.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
