"This property doesn't deserve any stars at all! You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. Very dirty and smelly rugs and carpets, cockroaches in the kitchen, flies everywhere, trash still in, outdated toilet and bath, mouldy and rusty tiles,..."

"Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option."

"Really no amenities to speak of. One day the meal was excellent but the remainder they were okay. Claim they have the best coffee but it was far from great. I could drink it but no real desire for a second cup. The staff were polite and attentive. The rooms were only average and rather small. Everything was clean and tidy. We moved to another hotel for some luxurious living and amenities but the price was substantially higher. The hotel was okay for the lower price."
