Ambelón Vacations from ￥369,690

The hotel is brilliant in nearly all respects; staff are really helpful, rooms are nice and the view excellent. The reason for the 3-stars is due to the noise. On floor 5 you are just below the restaurant / bar which is extremely noisy and we struggled to sleep Friday and Saturday night. I feel a quick fix would be carpets in the bar area so that it would reduce the noise of people walking and moving chairs?

A great hotel with a very friendly and courteous staff. The view is spectacular from both sides of the hotel.

Everything about the stay was great!

The food and drinks were a little price, but at least the food portions were very large. Enough for 2 meals. Some of the staff were very welcoming and nice, however, there were some that were not. Very disappointed about that. Due to that, I would not stay again, but overall, nice facility, clean, safe, but I’m really big on the staff. 5 stars for most, 3 for ‘some’ of the staff. *Also, I rarely write reviews, but this was needed.
