"This hotel exceeded expectations! The balcony area was so nice, gorgeous view. The room was very clean, very up to date. The service from the front desk was superb. They gave us directions to town and recommendations for dinner. Breakfast had many options and staff was pleasant and helpful . If you are walking and cone from town with luggage, I recommend getting bus going towards Positano, the Will stop at the hotel. Walk in to town is a beautiful walk. I am really glad we stayed out of town it was so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. This stay was one of the highlights to our trip! "

"Do they know the meaning of the words:HUMAN, HUMANITY, RESPECT,PROFESSIONALISM,HOW TO DO BUSINESS,HOW TO RESPECT when someone submitted MEDICAL PAPERS that explains why someone CAN NOT TRAVEL AND THE TRIP NEEDS TI BE CANCELED? That was MY SITUATION and they TOOK MY MONEY and never ANSWERED. I am an INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER and CANT WAIT to be back to Italy , a country that I visit VERY OFTEN, to stop by the hotel to see if they are capable of giving me AN IN PERSON EXPLANATION WITH DETAILS OF WHY THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK AND DID NOT RESPECT THE MEDICAL PAPER THAT I SUBMITTED. As simple as that THEY ARE THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH. Please, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING ANYTHING WITH THEM. "

"The location is excellent but lots of steps to get to the hotel were not clearly mentioned. Also, the front of the property facing the church was under construction so we had a balcony but couldn’t use it. "

"Although the location was perfect it was very noisy. The bed was really hard. Room was next to kitchen so noisy in the morning. Room 107 wouldn’t recommend if you want peace and are a light sleeper. Overall very friendly staff. "

"The location was excellent in frint of harbour with beautiful views, right in centre but quite end of Amalfi. Its lovely hotel clean with parking available was essential for us a bit expensive but . Staff very friendly and will do anything for you . We had one evening meal in the hotel -not as much to say about food , we had enjoyed meal out in town so many places to eat . We had few drinks on rooftop bar beautiful views excellent staff - drinks more expensive but its 4 star hotel , lovely settings just enjoy it . Its lovely area around hotel especially night time defenetly posh area "
