HEALTH HAZARD - BED BUGS!!!! (see bite photos) Cooking in room #10 at 1am! Light on all night! Pay for sheets! Only 1 female shower that locks. Moved to smaller, HOT, HOT room #3 - had to keep door open for fresh air - with people walking past! No bed light - room light always turned off by older woman. 1 fridge has a rotten food smell - is full. I am applying for a refund.

"Great location, very helpful staff. We were disappointed that the sauna/hot tub wasn't available, as that had been a drawcard when making our booking (there didn't seem to be anything on the website saying that it was closed for renovations)."

"My stay was nice. I booked this hotel for it had a hot tub. I was so looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub for I was touring Europe and was sore from all the walking. "Amazing hotel with lovely views. We stayed in Junior suite in separate Clasonska gården and everything was perfect. Only minus was that we had prebooked and paid for parking space and yet there was none, spots were already taken. Staff were however creative and quickly found a solution."
