Room was spotless and well presented. Bathroom was a bit basic with no amenities provided but that's fine. Did not see any staff but had no need to. I would've provided confirmation of how to enter hotel/room slightly earlier; only heard back just before getting on flight to get to Sweden but again, it all worked out well in the end

Location was very central with access to everything! Staff were supper helpful as well with storing bags as we had a later flight. Breakfast was fresh and delicious; great way to start the day. When we come back to Stockholm it would be silly to not come back to this hotel.

Liked it a lot. Morning buffet breakfast was great and open with a long window. Was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were serviced each day. Also, excellent location.

"This was our last favorite hotel stay during our trip. The room and bathroom were very very small. The shower door doesn't go all the way to the floor which meant the floor outside the shower got wet. You could tell it's a continuous issue because the paint is peeling on the trim by the bathroom ..."
