This is truly an authentic Old Havana Property. The room is on the second floor. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge. The room has a balcony as shown in the picture that you can sit on. It sits on a busy street so you will get to hear all the authentic sounds of city life. The owner, Leidy, does a great job at welcoming you to the property and making sure you are situated. She has a lot of recommendations. If you are looking for a truly authentic downtown, old Havana property this is it. If you are looking for a fully catered, high-end hotel, look elsewhere. We loved our time with the Potin House.

家族4人で滞在。部屋は一階と二階とあり、広さは十分。冷蔵庫にはペットボトルの水があり、使った分だけ支払う仕組み。朝食は別料金だが美味しい。タクシーなど手配もしてくれるのでツアーには入らず観光は自力で行う事ができた(スペイン語が喋れる必要あり)。キューバは騙しがたまにあるのでホテルの手配は安心感があった。再び泊まると思う。

A Pristine Corner in Old Havana

On our arrival late at night our host, Leidy welcomed us and showed us our flat which is pristinely clean and comfortable . The yummy breakfast she and her family offer at their house nearby is generous. This apartment is very well located in the heart of Old Havana. We appreciated Leidy kindly allowing us to store our luggage for a day prior to our booking. Additionally, for organizing a taxi to take us to the airport at 4 am and even more for farewelling us so early.
