Five individually designed bedrooms include a spacious bunk room with sleeping arrangements for up to eight, within the home’s maximum overnight occupancy of 12.

The well-equipped kitchen is designed for people who love to cook, with space to prepare family dinners, Thanksgiving meals and holiday favorites. Indoor dining seating accommodates up to 15, giving everyone a place around the table.

Your own waterfront setting

Spend summer days swimming, boating or relaxing beside the lake. The property includes a private sandy beach, a private stream-fed sand-bottom swimming cove approximately 100' long and 40' wide, with water depth four-six feet depending on lake levels.

A timber-frame boathouse features twin 28' slips, complemented by a 63' dock. Expansive lawns, shade trees, a hammock and plentiful outdoor seating offer places to play, read or simply enjoy the view.

Gather for a barbecue, settle into the attached hexagonal gazebo or share lunch at the umbrella-covered nine-foot picnic table for ten. In the evening, dine out on the waterfront point beneath the stars, then enjoy the outdoor fireplace for marshmallows and storytelling and go to bed listening to the loons and waves.

Fall views and winter getaways

Fall brings colorful scenery, boating, swimming, hiking, scenic drives and a quieter pace around the lake. Return from hiking up Mount Major or around Knight's Pond to cook together and enjoy an unhurried evening at the house.

In winter, make the home your base for skiing and other Lakes Region activities. Snowmobiling, sledding and ice fishing for Lake Trout are possibilities when conditions permit. Whether everyone heads outdoors or some prefer a relaxed day inside, there is room to enjoy the getaway together.

Please note:

- Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 guests. Dining and outdoor seating capacity do not increase that limit.
- From June 15 through August, a seven-night minimum stay applies, otherwise 3 nights are the minimum.
- This property is in a quiet residential property on a point out into the 'Broads' of Lake Winnipesaukee. Spectacular views of lake, mountain ranges, evening skies, wildlife and weather.
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties, school reunion parties, weddings, receptions or other loud events. Ideally, this property is designed for a family retreat.
- One electrical outlet is available for vehicle charging. Guests should confirm compatibility and bring appropriate charging equipment.
- Waterfront access and outdoor activities depend on weather, season and lake conditions.
- Always attend and be in front of any open fire in the fire pit adjacent to boat house. ABSOLUTELY NO BIG BONFIRES. Burn only Host supplied firewood from adjacent wood bin. Extinguish fire before leaving by filing adjacent water bucket next to pit by drawing from the lake. Make sure all combustible material is removed from fire pit before starting an open fire in the pit.
- Outdoor video security and noise monitors are necessarily located at 1. the house's front entry door, 2. parking area in front of the garages, 3. the house's rear entry door, and 4. at the fire pit and boat house. Stored recordings are deleted when they are no longer needed in compliance with applicable laws and/or VRBO policy.
