"Absolutely loved our stay here which really made our trip to the salt flats special. The spa was lovely I had both a facial & massage & I enjoyed both. Probably the only thing that slightly lets the hotel down is the main restaurant. All the meals are served buffet style which didn’t look particularly good. We ate in the bar area instead which although had a limited menu served freshly cooked food. "

"Absolutely perfect hotel, wonderful breakfast, wonderful caring staff. Worth every penny, and it is very reasonably priced. The room was so large and comfortable, I really hated leaving. The bathroom was large and we had hot water on demand. There was a kitchen sink, a little stove and pots/pans and dishes. This was our most pleasant stay in Bolivia with beautiful views. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. We booked a couple of tours with them and they were fantastic and well organized. Do make sure you bring cash and if using USD, the bills have to be crisp, no tears or defects AT ALL."

"The host of the hotel is very attentive, responsive, and helpful. He has solved multiple problems we encountered. He helped booking a taxi to the bus station at very early morning, and made sure we got on the taxi. He provided local information about the two bus stations. The old bus station was actually none-existing, which was printed incorrectly on our pre-booked bus ticket. This helped us to have avoided a lot of trouble. The room is quiet and comfort. It is just a 10-min walking distance away from many local tours."
