"Bei unserer Abreise aus der Schweiz haben wir telefonisch dem Gastgeber unsere ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt. Als wir ankamen, teilte uns die Mutter des Gastgebers mit, dass lediglich ein Doppelzimmer und keine Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen verfügbar sei. Der Gastgeber teilte mir telefonisch mit, dass FeWo direkt ihm lediglich eine Person als Gast gemeldet hätte. "Der Gastgeber hat eine andere Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, als die nach Bewerbung angezeigte und nach Vertrag gebuchte. Das war willkürlich und nicht den Bedingungen entsprechend. Gebucht - Unterkunft in Waldstraße 18 zur Verfügung gestellt Ferienwohnung im Platanenweg 5. Da wir bereits in Darmstadt waren und angereist sind, war eine Klärung vor Ort nicht mehr möglich. Das ist schlicht Vertragsbruch - habe ich so noch nie erlebt."

"Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden auf der Durchreise. Die Abstimmung sowie der Check-In liefen einwandfrei trotz unserer späten Ankunft. Auch waren unsere Hunde herzlich willkommen. Es gab ebenfalls Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. So war auch die Anreise einfach. Es gab für morgens direkt auf dem Zimmer Kaffee und Tee. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sodass auch unsere Hundeboxen gut Platz fanden. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Auch das Bad hatte alles, was man brauchte."

"Wir hatten nur einen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten - alles da was man braucht. Den Hund muss man an der schleppleine lassen, da das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist. Aber wir haben gut geschlafen und die Umgebung selbst ist mindestens zwei Wanderungen wert - herrlich:)Viele Grüße aus Berlin!"
