The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If check out is on a Tuesday. Please bring trash bins down to end of driveway Monday Evening for pick up early the following morning.
Check Out Time: 10:00 am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If body fluids are determined to have been found in/near hot tub the guest will incur a minimum fee of $600 to professionally sanitize the hot tub.
We required that guest do not use wood stove without verbal approval from host to ensure proper steps are taken to ensure proper use. Burn Only Wood!
