"I forgot my shower stuff in the room I booked they didn’t call me to see if I wanted them to hold it for me to come back and get it like why don’t you guys call to let people know they left something behind can I get a refund at least 30 dollars back cause I just had bought all that you guys just keep stuff without letting the person that booked the for know at least call back and let people know what they left behind that’s on them if they come back or not then you guys can keep it housekeeping needs to report what’s left in the checked out rooms the room I booked smelled musty "

"Every time I visited the receptionist desk area, it was a different gentleman that was there. Some were rude and some were very nice. They didn’t allow me to check-in early and my room looked clean, but when the moment that I pulled my chair out, there was a pair of boxer briefs on it. The receptionist was nice enough to upgrade my room. However, the noises were so loud at night and a random stranger knocked on my door at 10pm in the middle of the night with his back turned against the door. He was just quietly staying there for a few minutes and I called the reception desk to check it out. I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night and I was horrified due to being a solo traveler. I attempted to check out the very next morning and got refunded for the other 2 nights that I am not staying. I was provided with a receipt and the receptionist told me to check with Expedia because sometimes the refund would not reflect since I booked it on here. But it’s been 3 business days and I still have not received the refund. "

"Room was clean, staff were friendly. Just didn't have a working TV (no sound) but could'nt care much as i was barely in the room to use it. But overall a recommended stay!"
