「The cottages are great! Have everything you need to escape the city. We aren't big on fishing, but if you are, this place would be amazing for you. Fishing boats + an area for cleaning fish is available. The pool is great! The water is a little chilly, but a great reprieve on a hot day. 「Because there was a storm and a tree fell in the I e bedroom cottage we were in the large cottage. It was beautiful property, I was thankful I wasn’t I. The smaller one. The only thing is the left over or provided stuff in the kitchen cupboards were mostly expired and should be purged. I felt two pods of coffee was not enough for 2 night’s and three days. I had to go buy more coffee. I also accepted the larger cottage to not have to find other accommodations with no hot water. I think I should...

「I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....
