"The house was fresh and nice. A very good location close to the beach and restaurants. A small minimarket was just a 5-minute walk away, and a slightly larger grocery store was 15 minutes away on foot. The garden furniture was a bit worn. The air conditioning was only available on the ground floor in the living room, but there was none on the middle floor where all the bedrooms were. It got unbearably hot. "Loved every minute of my stay from check in to check out. It was like stepping back in time to old style Spanish hospitality. Staff addressed us by name from the moment we arrived and couldn’t do enough to help and make us feel welcome. The owner, Mercedes was always on hand and the staff Miguel and Nando remembered the little things, such as what we drank. Rooms spotlessly cleaned every day and the sea view was beautiful. "

"We stayed at the villa as a family of 10. Gorgeous villa, with stunning views and good air in every room. Walkable distance from Almunecar, and taxis available if you don’t fancy the walk back. Spotlessly clean, and a great BBQ with seating and a bar. Welcome pack on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had fun playing pool, and table tennis. Useful to have a car to explore. Parking is on the side of the road, but this isn’t an issue. "

"My daughter had private hurdles class at the stadium and this hotel is literally across the street. Very convenient. It’s also very walkable to the beaches and restaurants. There’s Mercado on Friday and Wednesday. A big Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona in walking distance. It was decent and perfect for our short stay. "
