Magnificent penthouse located on the beachfront with stunning sea views.
Watching and sharing in a good company a sunset in this accommodation will be a special and magical experience.
The apartment is designed to enjoy, rest and for and for comfort. You can make a grilled fish while having a glass of wine and enjoy watching your family and / or friends take a bath on the beach.

Fully equipped terrace with professional gas cooking iron, refrigerator and water tap.
The house is located on the seafront of Almeria, has direct access to it from the building. You can enjoy a morning walk smelling of saltpeter with a very pleasant feeling. A few meters away, there is a great beach that has great shower and toilet services.
The promenade has a wide range of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and coffee shops.
It has two rooms, one of them, the double room, has direct access to the terrace and has a very quiet ceiling fan, the mattress of the latter is just bought is very comfortable (measures 1.50 * 2.00 ) and the other room also has a double bed. In addition, the attic has a marble bathroom on the floor and placated and kitchen with new appliances with osmosis machine that supplies water of excellent quality to consume. You do not need to buy water.
The dining room has a large and comfortable sofa bed.

The Sky Is The Limit !!
It was our first experience renting a property and we were thrilled!
The property host José, picked us up at the airport, showed us the apartment and neighborhood and kept in contact throughout our stay.
He is friendly, approachable and professional.
The apartment was beyond our expectations! Modern, beautifully appointed and immaculate!
The Internet connection and WIFI were seamless and excellent!
We are both in our sixties....and the bed ...super comfortable!
Wait, maybe I should be writing a terrible review here... guaranteeing an opening in the future. :)

Lovely apartment overlooking the beach
Great location close to a lovely beach. Lots of bars and restaurants near by.
The apartment is very well equipped it has a fabulous balcony overlooking the beach where you can watch the sunset.
The host was very helpful gave us lots of information on places to visit.

Appartement Zeezicht
Het is een mooi appartement. Het linker zonnescherm is aan vervanging toe. De waterdruk moet met een aparte pomp geregeld worden. Dat is niet handig. We misten ook een elektrische koffiezetter. De boulevard is prachtig. De man, die ons de sleutel gaf is heel aardig, maar praat weinig Engels.
