"We stayed here in February for 7 days. The rooftop was closed all week (we had to request to go up and sit which was met with unhappy responses, even on not windy days), the pool was closed (out of season I guess, however it was no larger than a bathtub anyway, and we slept terribly the entire week due to constant noise inside and out. The room was nice, but the shower leaked all over floor everytime we used it and we had constant running water above us when the loos and showers were operating in other rooms, 24/7 keeping us awake. What a lovely sound to hear in the night of your neighbours above flushing the loo and the gushing water going across your ceiling! We were looking forward to staying here after the reviews but very dissapointed for what we paid and expected. Staff were not bothered about our experience and never asked when we checked out. "

"Excellent hotel, spotless with friendly and efficient staff. Very welcoming and accommodating, we changed rooms after first night as we hadn’t booked a sea view, this was done without fuss. Food great , good choice on the half board menu , speedy service. The bar didn’t open until 7.00pm , maybe different in high season . Would recommend "

"Amazing location with stunning view of the sea. Gorgeous large garden with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.The villa is large but with no air conditioning it was impossible to sleep .The kitchen needs updating and the oven didnt work very wellWThe tram into town was excellentWe would love to return but air conditioning in the bedrooms woukd be vital"
